Practice Description
For more than 15 years, Richard Walker has served as coordinating counsel for manufacturers and distributors in mass torts products liability litigation, directing the efforts of local and national trial counsel in every aspect of defense. He has defended manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the asbestos, latex glove and diet-drug litigations. He has extensive Multi-District Litigation experience. As a skillful negotiator, Richard has achieved the favorable resolution of thousands of cases for our clients.
