Litigation – Product Liability:

  • Specializes in the defense and representation of numerous companies involved in mass tort litigation throughout the United States.
  • Clients include manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of asbestos-containing products, drugs and medical devices, pharmaceutical products and firearms.
  • Extensive experience in overall claims management for various companies, some of which were involved in hundreds of thousands of cases nationwide.
  • Successfully negotiated and resolved a large number of tort claims with plaintiffs’ counsel throughout the country.
  • Consulted with numerous litigants and insurance companies on claims management and litigation strategy.
