- Experience as local trial counsel in Pennsylvania for defendants in toxic tort litigation, involving trial of cases to verdict and negotiation for clients before and during trial.
- Experience in representing pharmacy defendants in numerous jurisdictions in prescription drug litigation involving pharmaceutical companies.
