Dismissal on Summary Judgment for Pfizer

Tom Hanna and Rob Rowan obtained a dismissal on summary judgment for Pfizer Inc. in a confirmed living mesothelioma case pending in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pfizer, the target defendant argued that the plaintiff, a former high school teacher had not produced evidence of exposure to a Pfizer asbestos containing product.
