Practice Description
A seasoned litigator with over a decade of trial experience, Mr. Hannan currently serves as lead counsel in the firm’s New York City office and is responsible for the handling of numerous complex civil litigation cases. His practice focuses on a wide array of issues, with particular emphasis on Products Liability, Professional Liability, Construction Litigation and Commercial Real Estate matters. His experience also includes serving as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel in asbestos litigation for several major manufacturers.

Mr. Hannan gained his initial trial experience beginning in 1997 when he was appointed to be a criminal prosecutor with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. Having successfully handled hundreds of high-level felony cases, he was promoted to the position of Senior Assistant District Attorney. During his nearly six year tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Hannan was undefeated in all Criminal and Supreme Court trials.
