- Specializes in the defense and representation of numerous companies involved in mass tort litigation throughout the United States.
- Clients include manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of asbestos-containing products, drugs and medical devices, pharmaceutical products and firearms.
- Extensive experience in overall claims management for various companies, some of which were involved in hundreds of thousands of cases nationwide.
- Successfully negotiated and resolved a large number of tort claims with plaintiffs’ counsel throughout the country.
- Consulted with numerous litigants and insurance companies on claims management and litigation strategy.
