Biography
Joseph Vassalotti’s civil litigation practice includes defense of general liability, premises liability, product liability and toxic tort matters. Mr. Vassalotti’s practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in asbestos cases.

Mr. Vassalotti has experience in every aspect of litigation through resolution including arbitration and trial. As 2nd chair trial counsel, Mr. Vassalotti has tried both asbestos and general liability cases in various jurisdiction around the United States including PA, NY and CA. In this role, he has obtained favorable results, including defense verdicts, on behalf of clients.
