Biography

Maria Carlucci specializes in the defense of mass tort and toxic tort claims, including the defense of asbestos litigation, as well as the defense of product liability matters and general litigation. Ms. Carlucci has experience in all stages of litigation and assists clients in devising and implementing litigation strategies. She has substantial experience with discovery, depositions, expert retentions, and trial preparation. Additionally, Ms. Carlucci is a registered nurse and was a former surgical intensive care trauma nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Carlucci also worked in the product safety department for Merck & Co. Inc. Ms. Carlucci’s nursing knowledge and experience is invaluable to her defense practice.
