Practice DescriptionMatt Reber has a broad defense practice, with particular emphasis on product liability and toxic tort litigation. He regularly handles catastrophic injury cases, including electrical product and heavy machinery defect claims. He has represented several major insurance companies in bad faith/extracontractual liability matters, and has substantial experience in general liability and premises liability litigation.
Matt has tried numerous cases to verdict as lead counsel for multiple co-defendants and also has substantial experience in negotiating favorable settlements for clients before and during trial. He has an extensive appellate practice, having briefed and argued dozens of cases before state and federal appellate courts in several jurisdictions.
