Biography

Danielle Marcus concentrates her practice in products liability, toxic exposure and environmental litigation, with a focus on litigation management. She has represented manufacturers of asbestos-containing products in all phases of litigation in hundreds of cases before circuit and appellate courts of Maryland and the United States District Courts of Maryland. She has tried cases to verdict in bench and jury trials and prosecuted and defended appeals in state and federal appellate courts.
