Biography
Lee Schneider is a partner who works out of the firm’s New York City office. He has been with the firm since 2016. Mr. Schneider is a seasoned litigator who practices throughout New York State, including in New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Upstate New York. Mr. Schneider’s practice includes all areas of litigation, with a specific focus on toxic tort and products liability matters. He has represented dozens of product manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and contractors at both the State and Federal levels. He additionally represents individuals, small businesses, and insurance companies in the context of tort and transactional claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schneider worked at other well-established defense firms, representing and defending insurance companies and their insureds in toxic tort, premises liability and other negligence cases. He also previously clerked at a prominent Long Island law firm, representing lenders in residential foreclosure actions.
Mr. Schneider has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2016.
