Biography
Matt Reber is the Managing Partner of the firm. In addition to his administrative and business responsibilities, he maintains a broad defense litigation practice, with particular emphasis on catastrophic injury, toxic exposure, construction accident and electrocution cases. Mr. Reber has tried dozens of cases to verdict as lead defense counsel. He has also successfully briefed and argued appeals in state and federal courts, including the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3d Circuit. He leverages this extensive trial and appellate experience to obtain the best possible trial results and negotiated resolutions for clients in some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country. Mr. Reber has spoken at a number of regional and national defense litigation conferences. He has served as a member of the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and as a Judge pro tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He maintains an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating and has been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2015.
