Biography
Having served as lead counsel for the firm’s Cleveland office since 2004, John Kristan has handled thousands of civil litigation cases throughout the country. With the help of the firm’s team of experienced and highly trained para-professionals, Mr. Kristan has aggressively defended suppliers, contractors, builders, manufacturers and insurance companies in a variety of cases, acting as trial counsel on matters relating to toxic tort (asbestos, silica, benzene), construction defect, manufacturer defect, personal injury and general products liability claims.  

For the last two decades, Mr. Kristan has worked diligently with his clients to ensure they are protected from the many pitfalls accompanying complex multi-party litigation, providing cost-conscious, effective representation in both state and federal courts.
