Neal C. Glenn

Biography
In his more than two decades with the firm, Neal Glenn has extensive experience in successfully defending a vast array of complex cases in multiple jurisdictions, with particular emphasis on toxic exposure, products liability, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Mr. Glenn has represented a variety of product manufacturers and distributors, including equipment manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and dietary supplement manufacturers. He has obtained multiple summary judgments or dismissals on behalf of these clients. He served as lead counsel in depositions of plaintiffs in the first wave of talc cases filed in Delaware. He served as national coordinating counsel for clients in the silica litigation and latex allergy litigation. Since 2005, Mr. Glenn has been primarily responsible for the firm’s Delaware office. Mr. Glenn has also been an Instructor at the Legal Education Institute of Widener University and has spoken at multiple seminars on various products liability topics. He maintains an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating.
