Biography
Bob Connor is a partner in the firm. He is a trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in trying cases to verdict for clients, having taken verdicts in seven states. He has significant experience in complex cases involving industrial hygiene, toxicology, epidemiology, product engineering and medical causation.
Exemplary engagements include: securing a court-granted dismissal of a paint manufacturer after a 10-day trial in a case alleging Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma from benzene exposure; winning a defense verdict for a valve manufacturer after a week-long trial of a $3.8 million indemnity and contribution claim by settling tortfeasors for burn injuries caused by an allegedly defective valve; winning a defense verdict for a product manufacturer as its sole trial counsel in a mass consolidated liability trial of 1,296 shipyard worker claims after an eight-week trial in Newport News, VA.
Mr. Connor also serves as a pro bono attorney for the Philadelphia Support Center for Child Advocates, representing child victims of abuse.
