Biography
Catherine Jasons specializes in complex products liability litigation and toxic tort litigation, including the defense of asbestos claims. For over thirty years, Ms. Jasons has defended manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners and more recently, claims against employers. Ms. Jasons has significant experience in claims management in multiple jurisdictions for various mass tort defendants. She serves as defense liaison counsel for the asbestos litigation in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Ms. Jasons has presented at various regional litigation conferences. Ms. Jasons is one of the founding partners of Kelley Jasons McGowan Spinelli Hanna & Reber, LLP.
